Thank you so much for your support for Ukraine during these trying times. We wanted to give you a quick update of what God has done and ways that you can pray specifically.
Irina flew into Germany and was there for a couple of days finding people to help and organizing all of the logistics. On Tuesday, she started traveling to different cities gathering supplies and bringing it to Ukraine. In the past few days, she has driven over 6,000 km (3,730 miles)! Since arriving in Europe, she has been on the go non-stop and has had very little rest. There have been times when she said she felt like giving up because of physical exhaustion. In those moments, she says, “God does miracles and encourages me to keep going.”
Last night, we accompanied 4 big vans and a car with humanitarian aid from Germany. We are so thankful for the Germans who helped gather supplies and bring it to the Poland/Ukrainian border! We are also thankful for all of you who have donated financially and allowed us to buy supplies!
When we arrived at the Polish border, the German vans weren’t able to get through the border and we had to unload everything on the side of the road by the woods. We were worried about how we’d get through and how to find a car to get the supplies into Ukraine. God did miracles and we found help in the most unexpected ways!
We were able to get everything loaded and sent on to our camp. God is really raising up a great team of people and it has been so cool to see the way that the Lord is caring for Ukraine. Please continue praying!
